Refund policy
Most of the products we sell are made-to-order once an order has been placed on our website. As such, we generally are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Replacement:
We may, at our sole discretion, choose to exchange an item for an exact replacement if there is a manufacturing defect or a mistake we have made. If you believe the product you received is defective or we have made some kind of mistake, please email us at info@centergrovechoirs.shop along with photos of the product received and a description of the issue. Once reviewed, if we are able to allow an exchange for an exact replacement of what you ordered, we will issue you a return authorization number and a return shipping label so that we may get the product back and ship out an exact replacement to you.
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your replacement once we have received it. This does not include production and ship time of the replacement item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
